What's happening?
Leeds Trinity University is holding a Mass in remembrance of former Chaplain, Fr David Smith. Initially planned for 2020, as it marked 25 years since his passing, we sadly had to postpone it due to lockdown at the time.
Fr David, born in Otley in 1936, was appointed Chaplain to Trinity and All Saints College in September 1982. His wisdom, advice and support helped so many students. He left the College in July 1991 to become the Director of the National Vocations Centre in Leeds. He sadly passed away in Otley Hospital on 20 May 1995.
